Once you have contacted our company an appointment will be made with Andrew Ramage to be conducted at either our office or your home. At this meeting you will get to know our company better and Andrew will get an understanding of your needs. As all our projects are individual, we don’t provide a price per square metre. We can provide personalized service, quality workmanship and a fixed price when quoting from working drawings. This is an obligation free service.
Our design consultants will meet with you to develop concept plans to suit your needs. During this stage your plans can be submitted to Council for planning approval and we will be able to provide you with a budget costing.
Working drawings and development approval
Once concept plans are agreed the next stage is finishing working drawings and submitting for Council Development Approval. During this period we also finalise all internal and external selections and sign a fixed price building contract.
If you have your own plans we can also provide a fixed price quote. We can assist you at any stage.
Each contract has a commencement date. We have our own team of employees to ensure there is no delay to the commencement of your project. At all times we strive to achieve minimum impact to you, your family and lifestyle. As a family owned business you have extended after hours contact with us to ensure peace of mind during each stage.
